What to tell us when you call
Start with the size of the house, meaning bedrooms and bathrooms. Then tell us how often you want us there. Mention anything that needs care, like a pet that hides from the vacuum or stone counters that cannot take acid. If it is a move out, give us the date the keys go back.

A regular clean keeps up with what you use every day, like counters, sinks, toilets and floors. A deep clean goes after slow buildup, like the grease on a range hood or the dust packed along baseboards. If the house has gone a while without a real clean, start with the deep one.
It covers what a new owner or landlord will open and look inside. That means every cabinet and drawer, the oven, the refrigerator and the floor behind the appliances. The house should be empty, because we can only clean what we can reach.
Pick up clutter from counters and floors so we can clean the surfaces themselves instead of working around piles. Put away anything fragile you would rather handle yourself. Tell us about pets and about any surface that needs a gentle cleaner, like marble or unsealed wood.
